We're looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager to work in our popular, stunning restaurant in Padstow, which has the benefit of 'hidden areas' such as a private dining room and secret garden space. As Restaurant Manager, you will share our passion for the industry and have previous experience in a similar role. You'll drive your department forward through developing your people, implementing activity, and controlling resources. You'll be an effective leader who is approachable and honest, and you'll improve the business using your commercial knowledge.

5. Working closely with the Head Chef and General Manager.
6. Attending monthly off-site management meetings, working with the wider team to drive the company strategy.

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus up to £6,400 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year's earnings), giving total potential earnings of £39,900 per year.
