Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Site Manager, you will: Receive comprehensive training across various production and site operations. Gain in-depth knowledge of site processes and functions. Support the day-to-day running of manufacturing operations. Collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For A degree-level education or equivalent. (Planning / Production and Logistics backgrounds of most interest) A proactive approach to learning and acquiring new skills. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail. A conscientious and adaptable mindset with a focus on teamwork. The potential to lead teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). An interest in manufacturing and production operations. A continuous improvement mindset and drive for innovation. What We Offer A starting salary of £30,000 during a 9-month training period, increasing to £35,000 upon successful completion.
