Machine Operator - Nights
* Permanent Night shift on a unique pattern that sees you work only a total of 12 night shifts every 4 weeks (28 days).

Are you a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking to develop within the engineering sector on a night shift basis? This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to learn how to operate CNC machinery. We are open on background for the right person, but we want someone who is eager to learn, can demonstrate that they can follow processes, and have a good eye for detail.
Salary: starting rate c£33,000 rising to £38,000 over time once skilled. Overtime is paid in addition and readily available. 25 days holiday + banks.
Hours: Averages 36 hours per week. 6:00pm to 6:00am in blocks of two or three days before a break (sometimes up to 5 days off between patterns).
The Machine Operator job would suit:
* An experienced Operative or Technician who has ideally worked within Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Any demonstrable machine operating experience would be an advantage.
* Someone who is conscientious, can follow manufacturing processes, and is methodical in nature.
