About the role Mercy Community Services are recruiting for a superstar individual to join our Connected Families team as their Team Manager on a Permanent Full-Time basis based in Ipswich. The Team Manager position is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the program areas associated with the team. $106,388 - $111,091 per annum (SCAHDS Level 6) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available This role entails but not limited to Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify client needs and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics Build and maintain trusting and meaningful working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders Support and provide opportunities for life and personal skill development for clients by role modelling expected behaviours About you As the successful applicant, you will possess: Relevant undergraduate or higher degree qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or related discipline Experience in a similar role in the youth or community services sector Current and valid Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Drivers Licence Current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to apply Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement Why Mercy Community Mercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit that provides a wide range of services supporting families and young people, people living with a disability and the elderly.
