We are looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to join our P3MO team as we go through our next phase of growth, supporting both Sirius Analysis and Sirius digital arms of the company and future international offices. The Role: As the Quality Assurance Manager sat in our P3MO team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the company. This will include carrying out quality assurance activities such as internal audits, updating and maintaining policy and procedural documentation, mentoring and coaching staff in delivering quality, monitoring and reporting on continuous improvement activity and compliance levels across all staffing groups. The overriding purpose of the role will be to ensure the company’s QMS system and services meet the required ISO quality standards and regulations and quality standards are maintained throughout Main Responsibilities: Creating and enforcing the quality standards, procedures and policies across the company Conducting internal audits across the company. Preparing and contributing to formal inspections Ensuring and enabling the delivery of quality controls on internal and external projects Coaching and training staff in delivering quality including induction of new staff onto the QMS system. Periodic reporting to Head of P3MO on eg quality compliance levels, risks and issues Delivering tasks to time, quality and documentation reviews. Supporting project teams where required with review of plans and proposals ensuring compliance with QMS Building new relationships and maintaining successful working relationships with staff, suppliers and customers. Maintain productive working relationships across the company Stay on top of the latest laws and regulations that impact products About You: The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following essential and desirable attributes: Experience delivering as Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Assurer in project consultancy or services related business. Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant professional qualification Quality control certification such as the Six Sigma Quality Control Certification or ISO 9001 Demonstratable experience leading internal audits Demonstratable skills in stakeholder management, communications and supporting teams on projects. High level of attention to detail Highly organised and methodical when conducting audits Ability to influence and enable improvements in ways of working Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous. Have strong communication, presentation and written skills. Be organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Highly motivated professional who strives to deliver ahead of targets. Be a trusted self-motivated individual who can perform when working as part of a team or when acting independently with support from colleagues. Be able to travel to different sites across England. Other Requirements: Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK. Candidates must be willing to undergo an internal baseline personnel security standard check prior to starting their employment with the company. Candidates must be willing and eligible to complete a United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearance application to the Security Check (SC) level upon starting their employment with the company. To gain SC Clearance you will normally need at least 5 years' UK residency.
