This role is crucial in supporting our sales function, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales reports Managing and updating customer records in the CRM system Liaising with clients and responding to sales-related inquiries Coordinating with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Assisting with stock management and availability checks Providing general administrative support to the sales team Handling contracts, pricing updates, and maintaining sales documentation What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar role Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems A proactive, customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer?
