Are you a Psychology graduate, Support Worker, or someone with a passion for helping children succeed? Teaching Personnel is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southport from March or April until the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Helping pupils with their learning, social development, and confidence
* Working closely with teachers and SENCO to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
Qualifications:
* No school experience needed – we welcome applications from Psychology graduates, Support Workers, and those with relevant transferable skills
* A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
* Passion for supporting children with additional needs
