Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Maintain payroll records and ensure all employee data is up to date.
3. Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
6. Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
7. Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
3. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
