We humanise healthcare. As a seasoned and dynamic Key Account Manager/Social Media Strategist, you will drive social media strategy and lead client relationships to get buy-in on the content stories that we are delivering. This role is ideal for an experienced content planner who wants to get closer to their clients to help realise their project vision, or an expert account manager who wants to get more involved with their creative side.
Key responsibilities include managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that our clients think of us whenever they think of social media. You will look after the end-to-end delivery of purposeful digital content, while maintaining strong partnerships with our high-profile and varied clients.
We are seeking someone with strong social media experience, across multiple platforms and audiences, a proven track record of successfully growing client accounts and forging strong relationships, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that get people excited about our stories. You should also have a passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment and push boundaries to go from good to great.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Strong social media experience, across multiple platforms and audiences
* Proven track record of successfully growing client accounts and forging strong relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to make a positive impact
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable experimenting and pushing boundaries to go from good to great
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in a digital agency
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
* Experience with Veeva PromoMats is a plus
