Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Halesowen
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Can be Flexible)
Pay: GBP 11.44 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our expanding team in Halesowen.
This position is full-time, although flexibility is essential within this role to meet the needs of the business, i.e., working set hours on a Bank Holiday to ensure payroll is completed with tighter deadlines.
A general week would include the following:
1. Collating timesheets from temporary workers; both directly from our clients and via consultants.
2. Creating costing sheets for clients who require Purchase Order Numbers.
3. Inputting signed timesheets into our CRM.
4. Chasing clients for authorisation of hours where necessary.
5. Liaising with consultants regarding pay rates.
6. Ensuring the payroll is completed and submitted to the relevant team by their required deadlines.
7. Typing invoices for clients.
8. Saving all necessary information to correspond with invoices for clients.
9. Inputting data and personal information into the payroll system in a timely manner for new starters each week.
10. Requesting P45s from the payroll companies for workers who have left.
11. Dealing with any payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be given.
