This is a part-time position - 1x12hrs Your Recipe for Success: As a Sales Advisor, your role will be to ensure customers receive exemplary service while helping them find the perfect kitchen essentials for their needs. You will create an inviting environment that makes shopping a joy for everyone A Typical Day at Work: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Engage customers in product knowledge and provide exceptional service to drive sales. Participate in product training to enhance your expertise. Maintain store organization and visual standards. Prepare the store for a new day of busy and rewarding interactions. Daily Activities: Greet customers as if they are friends visiting your home. Share your enthusiasm for our kitchenware range and answer any inquiries. Efficiently handle transactions and customer requests. Keep the store display fresh and stocked with our top products. Gather and share feedback to improve the shopping experience. Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels. Be proactive and contribute to general store duties. You might be asked to open and close the store and be a Key Holder. Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Passionate about providing excellent customer service. Previous retail or sales experience is preferable. Motivated to achieve sales goals and personal objectives. A friendly team player with a positive outlook. Apt at listening and understanding customer needs. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Comfortable with technology and capable of using POS systems. You must be over 18 years of age due to key-holder responsabilities. Your Availability Matters: While we provide a structured rota, flexibility is key to this role. Below is an overview of the typical working hours for each position. Please ensure you can meet the outlined hours and have some flexibility for potential changes. If you’re unable to accommodate these hours, this position may not be suitable for you. Typical Rota Overview: 12hrs/week: Primarily week afternoon shifts (e.g., 11:00-15:00 or 14:00-18:00) and one weekend day (e.g., 12:00-16:00).
