Are you ready to take on a pivotal role with a large customer in finance? As a Project Coordinator, you'll lead dynamic desktop equipment relocations and changes across key office locations in the South of England (London, Bromley, and Camberley). You’ll be at the heart of innovative technology projects, collaborating with a variety of teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and a smooth transition.
What You’ll Do
* Manage multiple FMS projects, ensuring timely delivery
* Lead communication and coordination with internal teams (Tech Support, IPC Trading, Voice Teams) and external vendors
* Oversee the full lifecycle of each project, including budgeting, surveys, resourcing, execution, and Day 1 support
* Conduct thorough audits, spot potential risks, and take quick action to prevent delays
* Participate in weekly meetings to track progress and resolve any issues
* Ensure third-party vendors have the necessary resources, documentation, and support
* Maintain detailed records of costs and activities for reporting
What You’ll Need
* Proven leadership and project management skills, ideally in IT services or tech environments
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with various teams and stakeholders
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience with desktop technology and relocations
* Flexibility to work outside core hours, including weekends for project execution and support
Core Hours & Flexibility
This role requires 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekend work. Weekend hours will be offset with time off during the week.
