We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Painter/ Decorator in the Repairs Team to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Maintenance team
About the role
We are looking for a multi-skilled Painter/Decorator to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement
About you
You should have completed a recognised Painting/Decorating trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of Painting/Decorating works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to full properties this will include mould washes to full decoration.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and have experience of the trade.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

* Salary is £32,340 per annum
* Location: Durham/Teesside Area
* Regular travel will be required
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
