We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Drainage Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level professional ready to take on more responsibility in a supervisory role.Role Overview:As a Senior Drainage Engineer, you will handle complex and larger-scale jobs, assist with training and mentoring junior engineers, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
This hands-on role includes a variety of tasks such as plumbing, drain laying, CCTV surveys, and high-pressure jetting, with a strong focus on leadership and health & safety compliance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out plumbing works, including excavations, drain laying, and lining/patch repairsConduct CCTV drain surveys and high-pressure water jettingLead and manage complex or large-scale drainage jobsProvide on-site training and support to engineersCarry out site audits and job quality checksAssist with challenging or problematic jobsMeet with clients to assess issues and offer technical solutionsPrepare and submit accurate job quotationsEnsure all works meet health and safety regulationsEssential Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in the drainage industryStrong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsPositive, can-do attitude with a high attention to detailFlexible with working hours and on-call availabilityFull UK driving licenceClean DBS check (will be processed)What We Offer:Competitive salary: £39,000 £52,000 depending on skillsetBonus scheme and overtime opportunities28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Fully equipped company vehicleCompany-provided uniformOngoing training and professional developmentClear pathway to further progression within the businessIf you are a highly skilled plumbing and drainage professional with a passion for leading and mentoring others, wed love to hear from you.Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter explaining your suitability for the role.TPBN1_UKTJ
