Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Exeter
My client are an award-winning multi office practice who pride themselves on delivering high-quality legal advice to families and businesses across the Southwest.
With offices across Devon and Somerset, they are now looking to recruit a corporate commercial lawyer into their Exeter office.
Corporate and commercial work is a significant and evolving practice at the firm and as a result they now have an opening for a NQ-5 PQE lawyer to join them who, ideally, will have strong ties to the South West.
They have an enviable client base including businesses, farmers, landowners, and private individuals who require corporate and commercial assistance. Due to their strong presence and community relationships, they often receive referrals from accountants, agents, and other local businesses. You can expect to handle a broad mix of non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, such as:
* Business sales and purchases
* Shareholder Agreements
* Articles of Association
* Company incorporation
* Partnerships and LLPs, particularly farming partnerships
* Commercial contracts and standard terms and conditions
* Management buyouts and company restructuring
* Venture capital, private equity investments, and other financing.
You'll be enthusiastic about business development and involvement in marketing, networking, and social events is encouraged.
