Facilitate students to develop core life skills through group sessions with interactive tasks About the role Dates: For masterclasses between end of June and end of August 2025 Pay: Minimum £80 per masterclass (1.5 hrs). Pay bands depend on expertise and relevant experience. Accommodation and travel expenses not covered. Main duties Plan: Deliver an engaging session based around the 21st Century Skills framework to a large group of young people. Engage: Set short,interactive tasks to encourage active collaboration between students. Prepare: Plan sessions around real life scenarios that will benefit students approaching adulthood and help them improve key life skills. About you You’re a passionate individual with experience coaching young people. You’re eager to create an interactive, educational session for 16-17 yr olds. You can cultivate a sense of engagement within groups, and are motivated to design fun and educational tasks. You’re comfortable speaking to large groups of people. Essential Experience of coaching, or running educational sessions for young people The ability to adapt sessions to the specific needs of your audience Familiarity with 21st Century Skills and how you would impart those skills in your session Excellent interpersonal skills to foster engagement throughout and encourage students to challenge themselves Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role) Desirable Experience in summer schools or short term educational settings Experience working with international students
