Reporting to management you will Stand in as Home Administrator when required. Provide effective day-to-day administrative and clerical support to a group of homes. Deal with telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input, meeting and greeting visitors, note taking at confidential meetings. Travel between different homes and support in administrative duties. Take responsibility for monitoring budgets, expenditures and financial reports. Manage home-level finances, including resident funds. Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with established policies and procedures. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Advise and support less experienced colleagues, supporting with training and mentoring as required. Support with preparation for audits and inspections as necessary. Partake in assigned projects.
