Customer Research & Insight Analyst
Location: Ashington or Durham
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £31,523 per annum

About the role:
* Analyze diverse, complex data sources including property data, geography, customer characteristics, interactions, and survey data to develop a comprehensive customer profile.
* Design customer segmentation models based on multiple attributes to create profiles and personas.
* Conduct root cause analyses by exploring problem areas within data sets to identify routes for continuous improvement.
* Provide regular market intelligence on industry trends, performance, sector strategies, and develop benchmarks.
About you:
Successful candidates will need:
* A passion for insight, curiosity about customers and data.
* Proven experience in developing customer segmentation, uncovering trends, and making targeted recommendations.
* Ability to summarize large, complex data sets, with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
* Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
