A bit about the job: A key part of this role will be working across our teams on re-engineering our key processes - the Process Transformation role will re-engineer our core processes across Finance teams deploying different solutions according to the business need; from automation to more simple process redesigns. Our new colleague will work with the senior management team and key SMEs to problem solve together, as well as build strong working relationships across teams gaining support for new ways of working. An important aspect of the role will be to drive operational excellence by analysing, designing, and optimising business processes, and where necessary re-engineer processes leveraging our automation & innovation tooling expertise. Your role will involve E2E process engineering across Financial Reporting, Actuarial, Performance and Business Partnering as well as ongoing Continuous Improvement activities working alongside Finance Teams and other key stakeholders in the business. You will conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to understand workflow, resource utilisation, bottlenecks, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, understand pain points and secure buy in for proposed changes. You will make recommendations to the Management team on approach, best practice, relative priority, and do-ability of improvement initiatives. You will be an active champion for change and participate across working groups fostering continuous learning, improvement, and innovation, including GenAI. Skills and experience we're looking for: Demonstrable experience in process improvement and transformation Strong stakeholder management skills Natural and confident communicator able to effectively present complex ideas and facilitate discussions. Ability to dissect complex processes and identify areas for improvement, strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and effectively manage resistance to change.
