Specification Sales Manager Our client is the global market leader in the development, production and marketing of actuator solutions for controlling heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Actuators, control valves and sensors make up the companys core business. Operating for over 40 years our client has built up a strong reputation on Quality and Service within the industry. Position overview The job holder will be responsible for the developing relationships with all major Consultants and specifiers within the London and SE region. The Specification Sales Manager will target the following customer groups: Consulting engineers, Industry experts (HVAC, DDC, BMS) Local authorities Associations Architects The objective is to promote the complete the clients Product range, to provide support and assistance to Designers and Specifiers to enable them to porate the products into their Designs and specifications. To advise on the correct application of products and provide training where required through CPD and Product presentations. Main tasks / Job responsibilities Maintaining Customer Relationships Introduction of New Products Providing Support and advice on product selection for Projects Creation of Tender text documents for submission in Specifications as required To ensure that the client is named in Specifications for major projects Develop and strengthen a network for the client with Consultants and specifiers in the assigned region CRM Management Qualifications/experience requirements Proven track record in HVAC Industry Desirable Relevant experience working with Consultants, Architects and Specifiers within the HVAC sector To effectively promote the client brand and products at Industry exhibitions/events Be prepared to travel both Nationally and Internationally, (you could be required to be away from home for up to a week on some occasions, plenty of notice would be given). Benefits Salary Circa £48K - £57K per annum (depending on experience) Target bonus is 20% of base salary Car Allowance is £580 per month Pension Scheme - Our client will contribute 2x employees contribution upto a max of 10% of base salary into workplace pension (as long as the employee is contributing e.g. employee contributes 5% our client will contribute 10%). Holiday Entitlement 25 days per annum, plus an additional day awarded for every 3 years' service (to a max of 30 days), plus 3 additional days off over Christmas.
