Job Description
1. Providing first-rate customer service and technical advice to residents.
2. First point of contact handling maintenance and repair enquiries promptly.
3. Coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve repair issues.
4. Updating clients on repair progress and following up until resolution.
5. Recording and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
6. Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practice knowledge.
7. Continuously enhancing knowledge about the property industry and customer service strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance and Repair Advisor should have:
1. A solid background in customer service, preferably within the property industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Adept problem-solving abilities.
4. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
5. Proficiency in IT systems and databases.
