I am looking for an experienced Store Manager or an Assistant Manager who is ready for the next step to join us and lead the amazing teams of this premium brand.
Experience with a branded coffee business is preferred; however, we are open to considering candidates with experience in other quick service leadership roles.
As a Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to set the goals and standards that you want your team to work towards, as well as be a role model of the store operations standards that define the customer experience.
You will become a coffee expert and will be responsible for the smooth operation of your vibrant, modern store - you get to utilise your leadership and motivational skills and guide your team to success!
The ideal candidate for Store Manager:

* Committed to training and developing a team.
* Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
