Description:
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support following set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under the supervision of a member of the OR Central Case Team (ORCCT) Management Team.
Examples of work performed by the ORCCT Administrative Officer will include but are not restricted to:
1. Making appropriate and timely administrative decisions, in preparation for the case being allocated to the OR CCT Analyst/Tracer and/or transfer to the local OR.
2. Effectively managing your own caseload.
3. Checking to ensure cases comply with current legislation and casework process standards.
4. Providing administrative support to colleagues and your manager, as and when reasonably required.
5. Data processing and inputting.
6. Providing administrative support to the Central Case Team & Official Receiver including in their capacity as trustee and liquidator in the protection and realization of assets.
