This is a brand-new role which has been created due to an exciting period of growth and they have continued ambitious plans for the next 5 years. Based at the head office in Bedford, you will be joining a team of 5, acting as point of contact and taking responsibility of 30 UK sites. Office based position Bedford Full Time Up to £46,000 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays About the Role: Provide expert advice on employment matters, including employee relations, performance, conduct, grievances, and absences. Oversee disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring a fair and thorough process. Build strong relationships across teams, helping to foster a positive working culture. Stay ahead of employment trends and help shape proactive HR strategies. Manage documentation and maintain accurate HR records to support smooth and compliant processes. What You’ll Bring: Strong experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle cases up to Tribunal stage. Confidence in coaching and influencing managers at all levels. A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of business needs. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
