We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our well-established client in Harpenden.
They are looking for a candidate who has great aptitude and desire to pave a career within the financial sector.

· Salary: £27k-£28k, depending on experience
· Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (1 hr lunch), 1 day WFH after probation

Key responsibilities:
· Providing support to the administration team in the servicing of new and existing clients
· Printing and packaging client reports
· Answering the telephone and the door
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
· Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
· Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help sustain business flow and meet agreed targets
What the employer is looking for:
· At least 2 years’ experience in an admin support role, with a keen interest in the finance industry
· Polite, presentable and courteous approach, with a confident telephone manner
· Numerate and English literate, with excellent attention to detail
· Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and web
· Ability to follow operational processes
· Great time management and organisational skills
· Self-motivated and great team player
