Create inventive menus tailored to students needs and promote healthy eating. Stay updated on specialist dietary requirements, ensuring appropriate training and qualifications. Maintain outstanding hygiene standards across the kitchen and dining areas, supporting inspections (CQC, Ofsted, etc.).
