About the Role
Teaching Personnel is excited to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Class Teacher for a fantastic school in Cornwall. This fixed-term position offers a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and development in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
You will be responsible for teaching a class of engaged and eager learners, planning and delivering lessons that inspire curiosity and foster academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that caters to all abilities.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
Collaborate with school staff and Teaching Personnel to ensure consistent teaching and learning practices.
Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes engagement and a love of learning.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
Experience teaching at the primary level (EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2).
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
A commitment to inclusivity and high expectations for all pupils.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for education.
