For an informal discussion regarding the roles, please contact Sam Tappenden, Executive Director of Strategy and Transformation Main duties of the job The Assistant Director of Strategy and Transformation is a critical role in the Strategy and Transformation directorate with leadership of all work programmes undertaken by the business management, quality improvement, and transformation teams. The role is crucial in supporting clinical divisions and corporate departments to successfully co-ordinate, drive, and embed sustainable change. The post holder will be a visible and motivated leader who is able to manage complex programmes, and will ensure that appropriate governance, plans, and processes are in place to deliver the agreed portfolios of work. The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider directorate to ensure successful implementation of significant change programmes that demonstrate sound programme governance and drive a culture that supports staff to fully participate in transformation objectives. The post holder will support the development of the Trust's corporate strategy 'First for the Future', corporate 'enabling' strategies, and ensure alignment with the West Suffolk Alliance Delivery Plan.
