New Business Sales Executive
Salary: 23k - 24k
TEAM: 7 in sales team and looking to expand over the next year - This role is full time in the office 5 days a week
Description:

If so, my client, who is an online comparison service for moving home, is looking for a new business partner executive to join the current sales team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing sales team and will be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of their trusted partner network of removal, surveying, and conveyancing partners.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Working on inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of them joining the partner network, working towards team and individual targets.
* Utilizing your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new partners while working under pressure.
* Making multiple calls and composing multiple emails per day to maximize conversion.
* Account management responsibilities.
* Growing the business partner network by direct telemarketing.
* Adapting your sales approach to different types of prospects.

Must Haves:
* At least 2 years of sales experience
* B2B and B2C sales experience with the knowledge and ability to sell to different types of customers
* Rapport building skills
* Strong opening and closing skills
* Objection handling skills
* Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with direct outbound telemarketing calls to pre-set lists
* Great communication skills - friendly and outgoing
* Proficient in using email for sales via Outlook
* Team-oriented with a desire to help teammates improve
* Proactive and positive attitude towards the sales team and company growth
* Proven track record in successful sales roles
* Ability to handle objections positively
* Aim to exceed targets and seek out sales opportunities
Interview Process:
Stage 1 - Introductory call (Informal call)
Stage 2 - Face to face interview with the sales manager
Stage 3 (Final) - Face to face interview with sales manager and director.
