We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE and Other Bars portfolio and marketing plans to deliver all business and marketing objectives and reports to the Senior Brand Manager, Bars.
We are excited to be recruiting for a Brand Manager on Classic Recipe and other Bars. Classic Recipe is the latest Lindt brand entering the UK market, launched in 2021 with the ambition to become the fourth key franchise at Lindt UK and on a mission to increase our share of the milk bars market. With your help, we are excited to make this ambition a reality.
Key Responsibilities include:
Portfolio Management
1. Leads the development of new and innovative products from insight to launch: from P&L to execution (including supplier briefings, project proposals and relationships with factories, cost & feasibility, artwork management and all internal alignments)
2. Leads the innovation pipeline in collaboration with the SBM, Category Strategist and Business Intelligence team, in line with the five-year plan vision
3. Leads the range delists and priority recommendations supported by Category Management
Marketing Plans and Activation
4. Leads certain communication, advertising and creative projects ATL and BLT in collaboration with the SBM
5. Leads the execution and implementation of brand plans, campaigns and activations in collaboration with Customer Marketing, working closely with multiple agencies.
6. Sets up clear KPIs, analyse activities, and propose adaptations to the brand plan when performance is not met or when alternative activities are seen to deliver better results
7. Budget and P&L Management
Ongoing Business Analysis
8. Supports SBM on reporting for monthly Product Management Review (brand input to monthly business process) and coordinate brand champions across functions (sales, shopper, supply, finance)
9. Ongoing analysis of Lindt bars portfolio’s performance using internal and external data, identifying issues and opportunities in the market to ensure targets are achieved (NTS/GP/Market Share/Penetration)
Lead Brand Planning:
10. In collaboration with the SBM, lead the development of the growth strategy through analysing key internal data (NTS & GP) and market dynamics (brand performance indicators such as market share, VOD, AUP, penetration etc.), drawing insightful conclusions to support brand planning
11. Contribute to Y+3 portfolio and brand plan, developing 360 multi touch points strong brand equity activation plan with alignment with International Marketing
12. Deliver contribution in line with process communicated by Management on time
Develop Consumer & Competitor Insight
13. Propose and lead research projects to gain consumer insights with clear action standards, working closely with the Business Intelligence team.
Other Responsibilities:
14. Expected to take additional ‘champion’ lead for ad-hoc or ongoing projects
What experience you’ll bring
15. Previous experience at Brand Manager level within a large FMCG Company, experienced in analysing data (Kantar, Nielsen/IRI, Internal data such as Cognos)
16. Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
17. A team player with experience of working cross-functionally with good networking and relationship management skills
18. Analytical skills and strategic ability
19. Well organised, able to multi-task with extensive project management experience.
20. Result and solution oriented
21. Creative and entrepreneurial
22. Experience of managing a P&L
23. Ideally, educated to degree level or equivalent
24. Ideally premium brand sensitivity
25. Microsoft office skills – Experienced and proficient at a high level in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
