Come and be part of the future Main duties of the job We need an experienced Physiotherapist to play a unique role in the social care sector supporting our county wide Reablement service. Youll be involved in planning therapy interventions for individuals who are in the service and will act as a consultant Physiotherapist for the team. You will embrace a strengths-based approach and working within a community-led support model that builds on the assets and strengths of both people and their local communities. You will work effectively in partnership with other staff and voluntary agencies and have an excellent understanding of all the relevant health, voluntary and private services in the area.
