Key Responsibilities
* Supervise children during lunchtime and playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist children with meal arrangements and encourage good table manners.
* Manage and organise lunchtime activities to promote positive social interactions and active play.
* Address any issues or conflicts that may arise in a calm and effective manner.
* Ensure the dining area and playground are clean and tidy.
* Provide support and assistance to the school staff as needed.
About You
* Friendly, approachable, and able to interact positively with children.
* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
