Salary: Up to 55k plus car or £5680 allowance
A leading UK Facilities Management (FM) provider is looking to develop their technical resource aligned against their client's train station portfolio across the North of England.
The client operates in the rail sector and has an extensive network of train stations, which the employer maintains across M&E plus Fabric works done by a team of engineers and supervisors.
As the manager, you will line manage the two supervisors while ensuring regional technical compliance and monitoring of Lifecycle Assets, while being the main point of contact for the client on all things engineering.
This is a fantastic role for a confident Technical Lead to join a world-class employer on a 6 month FTC basis, working across a settled and busy contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership of the technical function on the contract including client engagement and management of internal suppliers (Technical Services). Direct line management of contract Static Engineers.
* Liaison with Client / Customer Senior Management and Technical functions as necessary.
* Monitor and manage the quality of planned and reactive maintenance in TriMax and TriRega (CAFM system) ensuring accurate reporting and management.
* Transparent escalation and prompt intervention to remedy issues, challenges, and disputes as required.
Minimum Requirements:
* M&E qualifications plus clear leadership experience.
