My client is an independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain, and monitor electronic life safety and security systems. They are committed to achieving operational excellence, through empowering and developing, exceptional talent, to maintain a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the primary contact for our top accounts, building strong connections with key personnel.
2. Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Ensure timely responses (emails & calls, internal & external) to meet service KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
4. Ensure timely scheduling of required work, meeting industry response times and internal KPIs.
5. Collaborate with Customer Success to optimise engineering resource allocation.
6. Manage job sheets through a streamlined process, ensuring timely review, action, closure, and invoicing.
7. Using third party software and reviewing daily to see new jobs raised, updating schedules, responding to messages, uploading jobs sheets.
The successful candidate will have:
8. At least 1 Years’ experience within a similar role
9. Exceptional organisational skills
10. Excellent customer facing communication skills
11. Strong IT Skills including all Microsoft Applications
12. Knowledge of CRM systems and third party software would be an advantage
