As the Learning and OD Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation in driving our training and development agenda. Working closely with our Lead for People Services, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering an effective and efficient Learning and OD provision across the organisation including key lead for data intelligence and reporting. This is a permanent post and is for 37.5 hours per week. The usual working hours are 9am 5pm and will be Monday Friday. You will be mostly based at Hollyfield House although you will also need to be able to travel to our other sites as needed. Main duties of the job This role offers significant variety, opportunity and challenge across a range of learning and organisational development activities, including: delivering our corporate induction programme supporting the infrastructure for Mandatory and Statutory Training by implementing best practice approaches using the Electronic Staff Record (ESR/OLM). ensuring accurate and timely training administration, guidance and support to colleagues, leads and stakeholders. This role requires a person who has excellent organisational and analytical skills combined with the ability to network, influence and carry out activities to help people develop. Well-developed IT skills and technical knowledge of the Electronic Staff Record including the Learning Management Module (OLM) are essential in this role.
