Legionella Risk Assessor - Newcastle

We're currently looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established and dynamic team based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where you'll play a key role in helping clients manage their Water Hygiene and ensure compliance with Legionella regulations.
Working across a variety of sectors, you'll be responsible for providing expert assessments, solutions and advice to clients on Legionella control, ensuring a safe environment for their occupants and reducing any potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic and commercial water systems
2. Advising clients on water hygiene management and improvements
3. Developing and implementing sampling programs for Legionella
4. Creating schematic drawings and suitable systems of control
5. Offering tailored solutions to ensure compliance and reduce risks
Ideal Candidate:
1. Holds a City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing and Water Hygiene Control (or equivalent)
2. At least 2 years' experience in Legionella Risk Assessing
3. Experience managing water hygiene monitoring programmes
4. Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across various properties
