Spectrum Pro Limited is looking for dedicated and skilled ABA Therapists/Tutors to join our team. In this role, you will utilize ABA techniques to encourage positive behaviors and facilitate academic progress for children and young adults with special educational needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA techniques to promote positive behavioral outcomes and support academic achievement.
Tailor teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of each individual.
Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies and track progress.
Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers on how to apply behavioral strategies at home effectively.
Collect and maintain accurate records of client progress towards their individualized goals and objectives.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding protocols in all interactions.
Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA or UKBA (cert) to discuss progress and review intervention strategies when necessary.
Be compliant with KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) guidance.
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience as an ABA/PBS tutor working with children and/or young adults, particularly in home or school settings, is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
Demonstrated passion for providing care and support, characterized by patience and empathy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Must have eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices in behavior analysis.
