This Contract Administrator opportunity is based out of our HQ in Chalfont St Peter SALARY: Upto £28000 Stable, long term career with a leading national business 20 days holiday plus bank holiday Company pension (4% matched, 5% after a year of service) Employee Referral Scheme (£1,000) Job Mission: The role will be to provide support to the Contract Portfolio Manager in timely preparation and processing of Service Contract renewals. The position will be key to the smooth running of the department. The candidate will require a good eye for detail, have an ability to communicate at all levels along with the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to the position. Key areas of responsibility: Request and compile quotes for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive and Remote services from the network of local service providers, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure POs are issued with the appropriate back-to-back suppliers for service continuity. Evaluate subcontract specifics and negotiate with suppliers and clients for better pricing or service terms. Manage the renewal process for any required software licenses related to physical security systems. Success Criteria: • Good eye for detail. • Excellent Time management skills. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. • Able to respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
