Job Description
The Marketing Specialist role will be to support the Service Management Business Unit team in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation to our global audience. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketeer who is willing to embrace a challenge, learn and grow within our expanding global marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Support in creating demand generation campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
* Brand awareness activities across web, social and PR
* A focus on social media – creating consistent and regular content for our corporate and advocacy platforms to support brand awareness goals
* Support in external and internal event planning and execution, including online and global events
* Build landing pages and emails on Marketo for regional execution of campaigns
* Monitor, review and report on marketing activities and results to ensure success
* Assist in CRM updates, processes, and data for campaign success
* Support in the production, delivery and development of sales and marketing material
* Build and maintain excellent relationships across the global marketing team
Qualifications
* 2+ years’ marketing experience - preferably business-to-business and within the software industry/manufacturing/Service/Energy industries.
* Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable
* Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business field
