Job Description Share Share Share Beauty Teacher Stat date: Immediately Location: Canterbury Pay Rate: £120 - £240 per day Contract: Long-term GSL Education are seeking a committed and experienced Beauty Teacher to join a dynamic Practical Faculty in Canterbury. The successful beauty teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 14-18. This is an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Teacher who is passionate about guiding the next generation of beauty professionals. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Hair Beauty and Barbering ensuring all students are well-prepared for their qualifications. Support the growth of the commercial aspects of the school's beauty salons through practical demonstrations and hands-on training as a Beauty Teacher. Inspire and motivate students by creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment ensuring your role as a beauty teacher enhances their learning. Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential as a beauty teacher. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate beauty education within the broader curriculum as a key Beauty Teacher. Requirements Relevant teaching qualifications such as a Level 3 Award in Education & Training (PTLLS) or equivalent. Extensive experience in the beauty industry including practical expertise in hair, barbering, makeup, waxing, manicures, pedicures facials and massage. A passion for the beauty sector with the ability to engage and motivate students as a Beauty Teacher. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
