About Our Client
Our client is based near Beeston in Nottingham.
Job Description
As Payroll Officer your duties will predominantly be focused on payroll, but you will also have some HR duties. You do not need experience of working in HR, as you will be working closely with HR professionals within the business, and training will be provided. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Processing the monthly payroll for c. 80 employees.
* Completing the payroll reconciliations.
* Payroll reporting to HMRC.
* Liaising with HMRC.
* Dealing with payroll queries.
* Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider.
* Maintaining and updating employee records, including starters and leavers.
* Ensuring compliance with right to work checks of new starters.
* Supporting hiring managers with recruiting.
* Managing the HR inbox.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for this position you must:
* Have recent experience of working in payroll.
* Be seeking a part time position.
* Live within a commutable distance to Beeston in Nottingham.
