We provide high volume, evidence-based psychosocial treatments for people aged 16 upwards with common mental health problems of anxiety and low mood, and we offer a high standard of supervisory support and training for our staff in order to achieve this.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior PWP to join our existing team on a 12 month secondment/FTC, supporting PWPs to provide high quality Step 2 interventions. You’ll need to be an accredited PWP that is passionate about providing an excellent client experience, and committed to high standards of care and support.
This post is an excellent opportunity for an existing Senior PWP, or a qualified PWP looking to develop. The role is demanding and challenging but well-supported and rewarding.
Regular travel to and around Norfolk is expected.
The Senior PWPs provide regular supervision, both case management (1:1) and clinical skills (group), to qualified and trainee PWPs. The role includes ensuring the high quality of the interventions delivered at Step 2 is maintained, and that our PWPs are enabled to develop their clinical skills. The post holder will assist the leadership team in the development of the Low Intensity part of the service, under the direction of our Lead PWP, whilst helping the service to continue to achieve the KPI’s of an NHS Talking Therapies service, including recovery and wait times. The role will also include holding a small caseload of clients, delivering clinical interventions for up to one day per week.
The post-holder will be able to demonstrate experience of providing high volume, evidence-based practice in guided self-help using telephone and other methods of delivery, as well as experience in providing clinical supervision, and an ability to lead others in a challenging environment.

We want our staff to recommend Wellbeing as a great service to work for, and we want those using it to have a positive experience. You can help us do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment.
