More About the Role: As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, and providing guidance and coaching to our team members. This is a hands-on role, and youll be working closely with senior management to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the team, ensuring excellent room standards are maintained. Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Plan and organise rotas effectively. Support the training and development of staff to maintain a motivated and effective team.
