Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon About the roleNFU Mutual’s General Insurance Training & Competence Team, known internally as GI T&C, are seeking three GI T&C Assurance Specialists to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Training & Competence Scheme (T&C) is a scheme designed to meet business and regulatory requirements by establishing quality standards and assessment tools. As the Assurance Specialist, you’ll provide supervisory oversight and monitoring of scheme performance and quality to provide business assurance. You’ll escalate any risks and issues when required and analyse and report data for the assurance checks, recommending any actions needed. Further key responsibilities include: Oversee and enhance the performance of our T&C Scheme. Design and refine regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance. Analyse and interpret data to drive informed decisions. Provide expert advice and resolve queries regarding the T&C Scheme. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What Makes This Role Exciting? Additionally, you’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
