To provide first-class customer service to our external and internal customers, plan the work for our field-based colleagues whilst liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
Duties
1. Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently.
2. Provide all required information for each job.
3. Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising POs.
4. Understand planning KPIs and the revenue tracker.
5. Ensure all information is recorded.
6. Order parts to be used for each job.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a similar position.
2. Logistics/Planning roles is essential.
3. Water Treatment (advantageous).
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made.
