Job Description:
Great minds. Nothing alike.
As an associate in our Accounting Services Team, you'll be supporting clients with a wide range of services including preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts. You'll be connecting with the issues our clients are facing, providing independent advice so they can confidently do what is right and make the best decisions for the future.

Our five-year apprenticeship programme is designed to take you on a journey from apprentice to professionally qualified. Here's a glimpse of what you'll experience during your first five years:
1. Hands on experience, with a variety of clients
2. Responsibility from early in your career, taking ownership for interesting and challenging client work
3. Develop a strong internal and external network to learn from
4. Work closely with colleagues to provide robust challenge and market leading insights
5. Varied role, supporting and challenging each other
6. On the job learning, alongside a structured training programme
7. Time to study and revise for your exams, supported by us all the way to ACCA professional qualification
In your first two years you will work towards completing the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians), moving on to become ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified over the next three years.

Study
