Many of our patients are children and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to show empathy and support to our patient’s families at a time that can be extremely stressful for them.
Typical day-to-day duties include admitting and discharging patients with the correct paperwork, ensuring that procedures are coded correctly, answering the telephone to manage and respond to queries from patients and other staff as well as general administrative duties. A full list of duties can be found in the job description.
