Rise is seeking the cream of the crop (aka the very best!) Support Workers for our North Metro community clients. We have available shifts Monday to Friday from 8am to 1pm with travel to multiple locations per day including client homes in Malaga, Morley, Mount Lawley, Lockridge, Bayswater, Embelton and surrounds. Travel time & kilometres between clients will be reimbursed.
Day to day, you will follow client support plans, record/report changes, contribute to program meetings, and assist clients with activities of their daily living whilst achieving their personalised goals. Responsibilities may also include domestic cleaning duties.
Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:
* Certificate III in individual support (Aged) or equivalent with demonstrated experience post-studies
* First aid certificate (HLTAID009 and HLTAID010) or willingness to obtain
* Comfortability with providing personal care and essential services

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance and pre-employment medical assessment. You must also hold a valid driving licence with use of a reliable vehicle for work purposes. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
