Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, Mitcham Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £600 - £800 Per week Benefits: PAYE Job Duties: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Observing and recording student progress Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Previous experience working with children or young adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology Experience: Experience working with children or young adults Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of psychological principles and theories Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organisational and time management abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced educational setting Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology Experience in a teaching or tutoring role Working Conditions: This role is based in a school setting and may require working during school hours.
