Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Reports to: Divisional Director - Halo Recruit
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08.00-17.00 + weekly 'on call' rota
Location: Halo Recruit - Mansfield Branch
Introduction & Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team at Halo Recruit, the A-Z branch division of Challenge-trg Recruitment, based in Mansfield. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
